WHEN TO ADMINISTER SWARNAPRASHANA?

We can either follow daily dosage for one month (30 days), which can be extended to 6 months (180 days) Or, we follow monthly once on Pushya nakshatra till age of 15 years.

It is administered orally, on the day of Pushyanakshatra, preferably on an empty stomach.

Prolonged use suggests long term benefits like Balya (strength), Rasayana (Rejuvenator), and Ayu Vardhana effect (increased life span).
