I have a space of 250 sq. Ft. (medical shop /clinic) in a commercial place. Can I change it to an ayurvedic shop?

Yes, absolutely.

What is the ideal location?

It is highly recommended to find a place or set up the shop on the main road. Preferably a bus route, where the visibility is high and the moving public can easily spot and walk into the shop. The ideal location can also be a semi-market area or near a well-known landmark.

Who will conduct the recruitment and training of sales assistants?

The company will train the people who are hired by the franchise.

How much time is required to get ayurcentral operational?

From the day the agreement is signed, the store usually starts operations within 45-60 days

Who will appoint doctors? Will the company pay their salary to them?

The company will give the franchises complete freedom when it comes to operations and won’t interfere in day-to-day functioning. The company will provide regular and strategic support to build brand awareness through different channels, and provide training to doctors, salesforce and sales assistants. The company will assist in the process of procurement and supply of medicines to make this process hassle-free.

Is there any particular drug licence to be obtained and should I need to appoint a qualified pharmacist?

No drug licence required. Company will help you with manpower training & recruitment.

I am neither an ayurvedic doctor nor do I have the knowledge of ayurveda. Can I own a franchise?

Yes, you can. This is what makes our franchise different. It is enough for you to have a good business acumen to take up this franchise business. We provide all the required training for the staff.

Should I share my profit with the company? Or a royalty is to be given to the company?

Ayur Central does not seek any royalty or share to be paid. The franchises are entitled to the total profit of their business.
